The Biden administration is considering a plan that will allow the federal government to strip gun rights without any need for legislation in Congress.
The anti-gun radicals are weighing the options of declaring a public health emergency on gun violence. This would allow Biden to take massive executive action to combat the “emergency.”
Biden officials have been discussing executive action on gun control since before Joe took office. The administration has received immense backlash for their willingness to strip law-abiding gun owners of their Constitutional rights. Conversely, Left-wing activists have pressured Biden to act following a pair of shootings in Boulder, Colorado and Atlanta, Georgia.
If a public health emergency was declared, Biden could shift more funding to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to empower them to harass gun owners and manufacturers.
They’re also exploring a way to re-classify gun kits, what anti-gun activists call “ghost guns.”
The third gun violence option under consideration would include strengthened background checks.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki addressed the Biden administration’s use of executive orders to combat gun violence:
Asked if the President will take executive action on gun violence, Jen Psaki says he “has a range of actions at his disposal.”
He can use them to enhance the background check system, eliminate the ghost gun market, and fund violence intervention programs. pic.twitter.com/xwxrRNM1rB
