Kamala Staffers Break Silence — Reveal What ‘Giggly’ Harris Is Really Like

Staffers and aides in Kamala Harris’ employ are speaking out against the “abusive office” being ran by the Vice President. Sources say morale is at an all-time low with Kamala constantly ignoring staffs’ concerns, and makes habit of ignoring the guidance of her aides. Many have been shocked by Kamala’s habit of making knee-jerk hasty decisions, like her upcoming trip to El Paso, Texas after Trump announced his border visit.

With only six months into her term, Kamala Harris’s office has been dealt numerous heavily blows after high-level staffers have put in resignations while the media remains silent on the supposed dissent. It’s noted that Kamala keeps her circle extremely tight, and only a close group of staffers and advisers are aware of her day-to-day goings on and plans for major foreign policy matters. More than 22 staffers have come forward anonymously to describe the utter chaos circling around Harris’ operation. Some describe the manipulation, shift of blame, and lack of communication that permeates the Vice President’s office.

“People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment. It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like s***,” one anonymous staffer revealed.

The decrepit state of Kamala Harris’ office has even caught the attention of Joe Biden and his staff, which threaten to complicate the White House’s carefully crafted image of a close-knit group working collaboratively to advance the president’s Far-Left agenda.

One Joe Biden staffer close to the president said he is, “growing concerned with how Kamala treats her staff.”

Kamala’s Chief of Staff Tina Flournoy, a veteran Democratic establishment figure, has received the grunt of the blame for all of the disfunction. Flournoy worked closely with former president Bill Clinton before joining the Vice President’s team. Apparently Flournoy keeps Kamala’s schedule under lock-and-key and closely controls long-time associates and even big money donors from seeking audience with the Vice President.

One former long-time Harris aide said that nothing is happening in Harris’ office that the vice president is unaware of, however.

Speaking of Kamala’s knowledge of her office’s dissent, a staffer said:

“She is the most perceptive person on the planet. She might not have first-hand knowledge, but it’s hard to imagine she doesn’t have a sense of what’s going on.”

Harris senior adviser Simone Sanders immediately rushed to her boss’ defense, rejecting any claims that Harris runs her office poorly or mistreats her staff in any way.

“We are not making rainbows and bunnies all day. What I hear is that people have hard jobs and I’m like ‘welcome to the club,’” Sanders said.

Harris has had a long history of managing dysfunctional teams. Her 2020 presidential campaign took a complete nosedive during the primaries after she let go most of her top advisers in an effort to rebuild her crumbling campaign. At the time, similar to now, the blame was passed on to her then-campaign manager Juan Rodriguez.
