The Mississippi legislature has overwhelming voiced their concerns for biological males posing as women competing against biological female athletes.
The Mississippi Fairness act passed by a whopping 81-28 majority in the House and 34-9 in the Senate. The bill currently sits on Republican Gov. Tate Reeves’ desk.
The bill would largely ban any biological male, transgender or not, from competing against women in high school, college or professional sports.
Many are taking Mississippi’s lead as 25 states are currently considering similar legislation.
The move to ban biological males from female sports comes as a direct repudiation to Biden’s radical transgender policies. In his first days in office, Biden signed a controversial executive order that mandated allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports.
Women’s rights activists were by no means thrilled by Biden’s order, many of them taking to twitter to voice their concerns:
On day 1, Biden unilaterally eviscerates women’s sports. Any educational institution that receives federal funding must admit biologically-male athletes to women’s teams, women’s scholarships, etc.

Even President Trump slammed Biden’s mandate, railing against the executive order in a speech given at the annual CPAC last month.
“Joe Biden and the Democrats are even pushing policies that would destroy women’s sports,” Trump said. “Now, young girls and women are incensed that they are now being forced to compete against those who are biological males,” Trump added. “It’s not good for women. It’s not good for women’s sports, which worked so long and so hard to get to where they are. The records that stood for years, even decades, are now being smashed with ease, smashed. If this is not changed, women’s sports, as we know it, will die, they’ll end, it’ll end.”
