Trump Stuns The World — Walks Away from North Korea Talks

Yesterday, Donald Trump made history by meeting once again with North Korea leader, Kim Jong Un. The talks were focused on denuclearizing North Korea and opening it up to the economies of the world. It looks like things fell through, as Trump left the talks earlier than expected.

But the master negotiator is far from done.

Donald Trump literally wrote the book on making deals. He became an internationally-recognized businessman because of his cunning, intellect, and shrewd senses. With only a small loan from his father, he built a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. And went on to become President of the United States.

All that means is he knows what he’s doing. As our liberal media runs around in circles, and the Democrats chase their tails, Donald Trump is fixing the United States—and the world.

Already in two years he’s done the impossible. Even leftist pundits admit he’s dismantled Obama’s legacy for good. Trump’s brought back jobs, international investments, and landed historic trade deals. He’s made good on numerous promises from his campaign. The stock market is up, as is our GDP. Right now, there are more jobs available in the United States than people looking for work!

And he’s just getting started.

Only a fool would underestimate Trump’s ability to get things done. The fact that he’s gotten this far with North Korea proved all the critics wrong. So why did he walk away from talks that seemed so promising?

Earlier in the week, both Trump and Kim Jong signaled incredible optimism. Both leaders were intent on sealing a deal that would end hostilities in the region and bring economic opportunity to North Korea. But suddenly, without warning, Trump departed.

President Trump abruptly walked away from negotiations with North Korea in Vietnam and headed back to Washington on Thursday afternoon, saying the U.S. is unwilling to meet Kim Jong Un’s demand of lifting all sanctions on the rogue regime without first securing its meaningful commitment to denuclearization…

Trump specifically said negotiations fell through after the North demanded a full removal of U.S.-led international sanctions in exchange for the shuttering of the North’s Yongbyon nuclear facility…

“I’d much rather do it right than do it fast,” Trump added, echoing his remarks from earlier in the day, when he insisted that “speed” was not important. “We’re in position to do something very special.” [Source: Fox News]

This isn’t the first time Trump’s canceled plans with North Korea. You might remember that, last year, Trump canceled the first meeting just weeks before it happened—citing problems on North Korea’s side. Despite this sudden change, the original summit happened, on the very date originally planned.

President Trump is a master negotiator, who knows how to play the game. Consider the fact he’s dealing with one of the most isolated regimes in the world, run by a man who’s promised to wipe us off the map on more than one occasion. Trump is using all his skills as a leader to secure a deal for both nations.

You can imagine how stubborn and difficult North Korea can be. They have everything to lose if these negotiations fall through. Yet, they can’t simply beg Trump for help. They need to pretend like they are in a position of power. So, it’s not a big surprise that Trump is dealing with them like spoiled, difficult children.

When a child refuses to cooperate, you simply send them to their room. Let them stew for a while, until they calm down enough to listen. That’s just what Trump is doing. He’s not so cowardly (like other presidents), that he’d agree to a bad deal, just to get something done fast. President Trump knows the deals they make during this time will have lasting ramifications. The Korea War has dragged on for over 70 years.

It’s not worth rushing over.

The liberal media will try to spin this as a defeat. But they are far from understanding what’s really going on. Like North Korea, they underestimate Trump’s cunning and intentions. They refuse to believe that he is every inch the man we elected. And that’s why they continue to embarrass themselves.

Don’t be surprised when a deal with North Korea is announced. Probably very soon.
